  The best deal Harbor Frieght has going, is when they put there car dollies 
on sale.

  Cast Iron swivel castors, stamped 1/4in steel plates, you get a pair for 
$49.99, heck, you'd be hard pressed to find 8 of the same castors for that 
price.

  Wait till they come on sale (every other flyer) regular price is $79.00 for 
a pair.  These suckers sure do make rolling the project around a lot easier.
