I'll be darned - my info said that not only did he die in 1902 but that he 
"mysteriously" disappeared during a trip across the english channel 
and the english newspapers suggested that he had been assasinated 
by foreign agents.  

Just goes to show you how one should thoroughly and exhaustively 
document a statement before letting it loose:)

But, whenever he died, this couple is going cross country using fast 
food used veg oil in their 1986 Winnebago LeSharo and that's pretty 
cool in my book.
