[oletrucks] 235 tuneup specs

I recently acquired a 57 235 stock to replace my old 216.  Haven't
worked much yet with the 235, but would like some information.  I am
sure that it is out there in the archives somewhere, but anyway here
goes:
       spark plug gap settings?   AC 45s currently in engine
       point gap?
       timing setting?
       exhaust & intake valve gap 

Is there a website that contains specific 235 info?
