[oletrucks] rust

Hi All
What is everyone using to stop the rust from getting any worse. I have been
using a product called ospho, which is phosphoric acid and a sealer. However
my truck has rust in some places that is pretty heavy and was wondering if
their is another product out there that is better or more powerful. TIA
