I have measured the distance from rearend yoke to transmission yoke and get 54" center to center with the weight on the wheels. Does anyone know of a GM driveshaft that is that length or do I just have to search every junk yard in TX to find one? I guess I could always have one cut down to my length. What have others done when swapping out drive trains? Thanks again. Mike Klepp '48 3100 Wichita Falls, TX oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
