After having my truck out of service for two years while I worked on it I
suggest fixing one of these trucks enough so it's road worthy, doesn't further
deteriorate and drive it. This may also give you a better idea if you want  to
stay stock or how much to modify your fleet side. Also may take the pressure off
to rush through your project. I found it's not as much fun going to swaps or
shows in a Volv$ ( or I guess it's part F$rd now). BTW where are you finding
trucks without much rust in the North East.
