[oletrucks] rear end swap

Of you who have put a different rear in your AD 3100 I could use some advice. 
I am looking for a rear end that would go in my 50 3100 relitivly easily. Can 
you guys give me some advice on swapping the rear end and which tranny would 
work well with my 216 engine.
