>This truck still runs! This truck originally came from North Dakota. The
most unusual feature about it is the 9-foot bed. I have only seen 1 other
pick-up with a 9-foot bed. It weighs 5600 pounds empty. I have had it for
7 years & driven it once in a while in the summer. The rust on it is merely
surface rust & easy to sand off & prime. It runs great, everything is
original: engine, transmission, 6-volt charging system, bed, etc., except
for the turn signals, which were added later & do work. The tires are
bias-ply & all hold air well but are very old. The rear wheels are not
duals. One hubcap is missing. The interior needs work. The seat needs to be
recovered, the headliner is missing, the temperature gauge doesn't work, the
speedometer cable needs replacing but the speedometer works. The odometer
is illegible. The mileage is unknown. The floor has some minor holes. All
these things are easily repairable. Both side windows are cracked, but they
still roll up & down. !
>!
>The front & rear windows are intact. The wood in the bed is original, but
has aged considerably. The tailgate works fine. This is a good work truck as
it is, or a fine restoration project. It is not a good choice if you want
to go fast or go a long distance! I have done some front end work on it &
the steering is very tight.Wait for the 4 pictures below to load. I can
e-mail you additional pictures if you'd like. Buyer to arrange delivery at
their own expense. I am willing to negotiate delivery...e-mail me please!
