I used a master cylinder from a late model Chevy 1 ton, but without
power brakes. My response to people who said a power m*stang cylinder
would be just as good was: "If 15/16 works, why do new Chevys 1 tons use
1-3/16, just for looks?" If you are converting to front disc use a post
'71 Chevy 1 ton (1-1/8 or 1-3/16),
if you are staying with drums use a 68 or 69 Chevy 1 ton (1-1/8). Don't
use a disc cylinder with drums it won't keep a residual pressure on the
front brakes to keep the cups seated in the wheel cylinders.

I would suggest using the power steering box and column setup off the
4x4 axle donor, you can measure the donor for the proper mounting
location.
