[oletrucks] Got my '51

Hello,
After what seemed like forever, my '51 3100 finaly got towed from near
Auburn, AL to north of Atlanta.  It's good to have it here.
Also, the serial number is 8JPH-16260.  The J&P mean it's a '51 3100, and
the H is August, but I don't know which Assembly plant 8 is.  Please help.
