[oletrucks] 216 engine stand

Got my new replacement VIN plate from Chevy Duty, and it looks great.  Got
it stamped to match the title, and thanks to Stan the man (Thanks agagin,
Stan!), I got it mounted with a couple of clutch head screws.  But I wonder
if I have it turned right.  Can anyone tell me if the top of the plate goes
toward the cab, or toward the outside?
