[oletrucks] Wiring Harness

Does anyone know of anyone reproducing a complete wiring harness just like
original for my '58 GMC Suburban Carrier Pickup - V8 automatic.  Or maybe a
NOS harness (yeah right).

I also am in need of the turn signal and shifter knobs.  These are grey in
color and sorta oblong in shape.  Also, still looking for a NOS left side
parking light frame.
