Rubber to glass first, always. Lube up the gasket with some soapy water and
insert a heavy cord (shoe lace size or larger) in the groove all around the
rubber. Have a partner hold the glass and gasket assembly up to the outside of
the opening while you slowly pull on the cord from inside the cab. If you
have done it right, the cord will pull the lip of the gasket over the metal
lip of the opening as you work your way around. Take your time, and if it
doesn't work the first time, try again. Round parachute cord works the best
for me. Good luck.
