By the way, Ron Jordan just retired from his parts business. He's a
nice guy and always was willing to go the extra mile (or
kilometre). The store will go on, but with a new owner. I can
remember back when there were two competing import parts stores on
Santa Rosa Avenue, Metric and Imparts (I think that was the
name). That was in the late '60s, early '70s. On a Saturday morning
waiting for the doors to open, there would be a line of customers
waiting to get MG and VW parts! My, how the world has changed.
