Hi Greg, I've owned 2 JHs in my life a 73 in England and a 74 1/2 over here.
I loved them both. The one over here I used as my only car for over 3 years
and commuted to San Rafael from RP every day. The car never let me down. I
finally had to sell it at 95,000 miles when we had kids. If I could find it
I would love to buy it back. It was blue with a tan interior.
BTW the one on Craig's list has the engine compartment and trunk painted
matt black, I recollect that it should be body color.
