[Nobbc] Saturday ride reminder

Steve wanted me to remind you of the ride he called for this Saturday 
4/19 starting at 11 in the commuter lot just west of 101 on River Rd. 
(PG&E substation). He has suggested a trip to the coast. Due to family 
obligations, I will probably not be able to make this one.
