...with respect to the question about printers...
Get something that'll do 600 DPI or better. The results are very nice.
Oh, and use halftone scanning for your pics.... at high res (like 600
DPI) you'll like the results. The downside to higher res scans is you'll
need a bigger hard disk... nothing is free, as they say.
If you club has any money left over, I need printer too. ;-) Right now I
just print at work (as they have a lot of newer printers there) and I'd
really like one for home!
