This is somewhat of a silly answer, but my immediate thought was to find
out the cost to purchase, install and paint metal fenders. Add to that
the cost to remove and haul away the fiberglass ones, and I think you
would be pretty close.
Sorry, but I think if you are worried about the value of the car you
should stick with metal.
