I've got a manual published by Autopress ltd written by an R. Clarke thats not too bad. Its a 1970 edition and covers 4/4s and +4s from 36 to 69. Has most of the basic information. About like a Haynes or Chilton manual. I've had it since 1974, so I don't know if its still in print or not.
