Foam has the worst flow rate of any filter on the market..even worse
than paper. ITG makes the best of this type filter.
The filter with the best reputation on the market is the cleanable K&N.
They can normally provide you with a filter to suit and the airflow (=
power) gains are real on any car. I believe that the part no for the
1600 CVH is K&N 56-9017. It would be best to go to the K&N site (found
on the GoMoG General Directory under Engine Enhancements) and send them
you dimensions of your present filter for confirmation.
