Not class - practicality. When you make a
commitment to wipe out the filthy little
chewers you have to take a serious approach
(ala Bill Murray in "Caddyshack").
Soft cheeses like Velveeta or Muenster get
runny and moldy with age. Swiss just gets
hard and brittle and yet still seems to
be appealing to the average rodent. You
don't need to change the traps so often,
although I occasionally offer a "re-bait".
Next question - where can one sell dozens
of tiny pelts?
