Hi gang,
About Morgans and passengers, i presume the trick is to stay away from
trouble.
The wooden tub protects less from impacts, especially sideways (And behind
on 4 seaters).
What will happen during sideways rolls, i wish not even to think about.
Driving a Morgan is like driving a motorcycle: Think that all the other
drivers are potentially after hitting you, or they ingnore your presence.
This is a safe attitude, since the motorcycle driver (or Morganeer) will
have the less chance if a impact was not avoidable.
So drive safe people, use the small narrow "Morgan-" roads instead of the
highways.
Seatbelts in the back (and front) offers a solution to feel better, even if
not being much safer i think.
Best Regards,
Harald Sakshaug

Emne: seatbelts in the rear of a 4 place
I have seen similar issues with kids in the back of a 4 seater and wonder if
it is really a good place to put kids, belts or not. Particularly
vulnerable
in the even of a rear ender, with the gas tank and all right underneath.
Just my thoughts. Cheers
