I have seen several ads for items such as brake rotors and crankshafts
who say that their products are superior to others because they have
been cryogenically frozen. I believe that this method uses liquid
nitrogen to freeze the metal parts. They claim that this process then
strengthens the item without making it brittle, therefore lasting
longer.
Has anyone had experience with this?
