Louwman & Parqui was the old name for the Dutch Morgan-agency, BV Nimag.
Said limited company is still owned by the Louwman family. Louwman & Parqui
itself has been responsible for the import of Toyota cars into Holland for
quite some time now. Mr. Louwman has an interesting collection of old cars
(even veterans), which he has on display in a public museum near the Toyota
agency in Raamsdonksveer.
I suppose that the "other writing in German or Dutch" was the former
address: Veursestraatweg 280, Leidschendam.
What is the chassis number of your car, Tim? Louwman & Parqui sold a large
number of Morgans to American servicemen in Germany in the 1960s, so I
suppose yours is one of them.
