Hey guys!!!
It seems the key to my cute little car has gone missing. Does anyone know
how
I can obtain a new key?
Thanks,

Actually, I lost my key last year. It was a fairly simple matter to take the
4 connectors off the ignition switch, take the switch out of the dash, and
take it to a locksmith, who made me another key for it (actually 2 this time,
{hint, hint}) .....Or they would have come out to the house for about $30
more, and made me a key on the spot. Any city with 10,000 people or more
will have someone who can do that.
Or you can run a wire from the hot side of your starter solenoid to the hot
side of your coil, then short the hot side of your solenoid to your "ign"
terminal on your solenoid to start it, and drive merrily away with no key.
(All those "hot" terminals, of course, suggest the term "hot wiring", which
you will have to explain to a policeman if he finds you driving the car in
that condition. Save this Email as proof that you have authorization to
drive it. My name is, er, Chip, yeah, that's the ticket.)
Good Luck!
