I can confirm that Abingdon Spares has Bluemels Brooklands steering
wheels available.  Moss has them listed but I don't know what they have
in stock.  Abingdon's wheels have TC hubs so I don't know if they would
fit on a Morgan.  I hope this helps.

BYW, TCs didn't come with the Brooklands wheel.  Seems like most TCs
have one today, though. As a consolation, TC EXUs did come with a
Blumels wheel, but it wasn't a Brooklands - it was a 3 flat chrome spoke
wheel.
