Getting started in racing

Hi,

As a relative youngster on the list, I am keen to find out if any of you
more senior morgan owners have any good stories about how you got started in
racing......

Also, based on your experiences, do you have any advice for getting started?

As a casual observer at race meetings I am always amazed that most people
seem to have a wealth of knowledge (and spares!), but what was your first
meeting like....?
