Hi John, Clearly something is going on that you are unable to see (or hear). My suggestion would be to fit another new piece and then do short - say five mile test trips - each time return home and inspect the part to see what is going on - if it seems ok - take another trip. At some point within the thirty miles you mentioned something should begin to go and hopefully you will be able to catch it before it breaks again. Jeff |
