Hi Everybody,
As Lannis has commented, I too have never experienced this "front end shake"
(in my Morgan....)
I do have a brand new front end set up with new King Pins, new bushes, upper
and lower stays back to the chassis rails, new blades and all steering items
in good condition.
I have new cross-ply tyres, straight rims and all wheels balanced.
The FlatRad has now covered about 4,500 miles since the rebuild.
Top speed I have tested has been about 85MPH. Yes, it jumps all over the
rough roads and shakes my false teeth. The most difficult part is holding
my mouth closed whilst wearing the normal Morgan S... eating grin.
Perhaps there is a lot in the comments that the problem is caused by not
one, but a combination of many small problems related to wear and other
imperfections.
