If you've got the round tail lights, they're held in place by a metal bezel that slides into a groove in a rubber gasket. You set the car in the sun, let it get good and warm, then pry out the bezel. In cold weather you take a hair dryer and heat the whole mess up to a nice 98.6 or so. easy. logical. Works good to keep some of the water out, until the rubber rots.
