Fred,
Before you (and others) scratch your head in puzzlement over "solar-powered"
fridges (see my previous message) in Canada, let me point out that the
fridge is powered by 110 V which, in this neck or the woods, means that the
power is produced from a hydro dam "up north" (yes, even where I live, there
is an "up North").
