Malvern Link is so named because in the past prior to automobile days, the
freight dropped off at the train station was hauled up the hill to Greater
Malvern by horses. Extra horses were needed for the ardous task.
Additional horses were "linked" up at the railroad station and the station
was henced named Malvern Link. (This story came from Tom and Margaret,
owner-operators of the Sydney House B & B, Malvern.)
I wish I had known about the back lot at the factory during our visit.
Hurrah for the grand Morgan "link" up!
