Curiously on my 1963 Plus 4 (purchased in 1973) the wood was in much better
shape than the metal. All four wings needed extensive work and the frame
had been sufficiently rusted on both sides as to need reinforcing. But the
wood everywhere was fine.
The car had obviously seen numerous Canadian winters and even came equipped
with snow tires (!!).
I have since replaced all four wings and the frame.... and (sadly) as a
result of an inopportune meeting with a tornado in 1979, the bucket, too.
