In a few days, we will be listing the 67B on Ebay since it is a summer/nice
weather driver and we were not home last summer and are planning the same
this year. Someone else needs to be having fun in it, instead of it just
sitting in our garage. We will be asking $7000 for it. It is in great shape,
drives real well, has a hardtop included and a rollbar. I originally
purchased it on Ebay and drove it over 2000 miles home to Missouri in 3
days. I have had it over 100 mph in Montana on the flats, and yes, it scared
me:-). As well as it runs, I feel like it has been "souped up" by a
previous owner. In the 4 years I've owned it, I have rebuilt the SU carbs
(including new throttle shafts), the front suspension, the brakes, the wire
wheels, and undercoated it with Waxoyl.. Except for some rock chips from our
gravel road, it is in better shape than when I bought it.
If anyone knows of someone that may be interested, we will be selling it in
January as we will be travelling for many months after that. If it doesn't
sell for a decent price, it will just have to be sad while it sits out the
summer in the garage:-(.
A partial picture is on the website listed below.
I can't part with the 79, as it is a daily driver when we are home:-).
