Carb heating is standard on most small aircraft. It changes the airflow from the filter to an intake that passes by the exhaust manifold. The SZ MGB's also have preheating for the carb intake. There is a heat exchanger (for want of a better word) from the exhaust manifold to the carb. Maynard |
