It contains boron as the main additive. Boron Nitride is a plate-like crystal which is used in makeup to give a silky feel. If you get it on your fingers you can feel it's lubricant characteristics. But it is a mineral and therefore very hard in nature. I wouldn't put it in my engine. If you look at most of the technical info it deals with it's use as a lubricant during metal forming operations in lab conditions, hardly real world endorsements for an engine. |
