Not a good idea, at least not without first removing the outer

One paragraph? Inside there is a flat metal diaphragm, an electrical
magnetic coil, and normally closed contact points. When energized
the electromagnet pulls the diaphragm out of plane, which also breaks
the electrical contact. The magnetism then stops, and the diaphragm
springs back to original position, once again making the electrical
contact. This cycle repeats at a high frequency while the diaphragm
creates strong acustical pulses in the air, which is where the sound
originates.
