You start by weighing the four corners to calculate the CG point
fore/aft and side to side. Then tilt the car sideways to 45d+ angle
until it will balance on the tires on one side with no weight on the
other side, measure the angle, and you can calculate the vertical
height of the CG.
Actually you don't have to tilt it that far. If you tip it up to
about 30 degrees and weigh the four corners you can also calculate
the vertical CG. It just takes a few more math steps that way.
