Air Dam (spoiler) with fog lights

Both VB and MGOC used to sell an air dam (MOGC called it a spoiler),  that
allowed fog lights to be mounted on them. The lights came with the VB spoiler,
and the MGOC simply had indentations where the lights could be mounted. They
are no longer available from those sources.

Does anyone know a source, either here or in England that still has them for
sale?
