legislators in support of the automotive hobbyist. This will mean different
things in different states. In California, it's the type of support needed to
counter the likes of AB2683 (2004) that ended the rolling smog exemption on
30+ year-old cars effective with the '76 models. (BTW, for you California
voters keeping track, AB2683 was co-sponsored by Congressman Michael Machado
).
