I just order a brochure and catalog from an on-line outfit, MAD Enterprises.
Check him out at www.madelectrical.com. He lists a universal relay kit for
$24 that includes the relay, harness connector, fusible link, wiring,
connectors, instructions, etc. You might need two of these for headlights
but it seems like a complete package at a reasonable price.
Disclaimer: I have no financial connection nor have I bought any of his
products, but I am planning on doing so.

About a month ago, there was a link to a wiring company that
had a kit for upgrading headlights. Seems $50 got you wiring
that included relays and connections. Seems like a good deal.
