Excessive travel - most likely because of excessive wear on the clutch
pressure plate and the release bearing. At least that is what happened on my
71BGT on the way to a job interview. And the car, as always, was doing me a
favor because it was probably a place I shouldn't have worked at anyway.

Subject: Clutch Cylinder Problem
Listers,
Why does the piston in the rebuilt slave cylinder travel too far dumping all
the hydraulic fluid in my 72 MGB?
Thanks in advance.
