Thanks for the thought, Dan. No problems in
Shreveport, some power outages in outlying areas, some
limbs down, but nothing worth mentioning. This area
really doesn't flood, even with 10+ inches in a short
period.
Now, the real question is what routes are still
passable in East Texas between Shreveport and Houston?
The TXDot website and info line are of no help. One
says to not travel through East Texas, the other
reports no road closures...so what is it guys? I'm
still searching for reliable info so I can decide
which of many routes to take.
