Barney Gaylord had this article on his site and so I bought a set of these
tires, his advice was right on and I have enjoyed the unbelievable smooth
ride I got from my MGA until today when I hit a curve and ruined two
perfectly good tires. Does anyone know where I can get replacements
or do I just have to buy another whole set of somthing else to have them
match?
I have just a little shimmy at higher speeds but one I got used to how nice
it was before I want to fix it so its smooth driving. It was one of the
things I enjoyed about the car. I know Barney already gives an alternative.
Does anyone have experience with the new ones he suggests?
Thanks for everyones help in advance Heres the article.

Apparently the Kumho "Euro Metric 771" has been discontinued, at least in
the 165-15 size.. But today I find Kumho "Power Star 758" in 165-80-15 size,
priced at $27 from Tire Rack. This one has UTQOG rating "400 A B". With the
high treadwear rating I don't know how good the grip will be, but at least
it has an "A" traction rating. Since I have had good experience with Kumko
tires, I think I would give this one a try. If anyone buys a set of these I
would appreciate a user report.
