Oh, I get it. Took me a minute. I was thinking, why would it matter
where you put it?
This is the rotating cursor file. Actually, it can go anywhere, but you
probably want to put it
in C:\Windows\Cursors (or C:\WinNT\Cursors, I think, depending on how
your Windows
was installed). Then you bring up the Mouse control panel, click on the
'Pointers' tab. Then
probably choose it for Busy or "Working in Background".
I think I have two different ones on my 2000 machine at work. Don't
remember, I hardly
use it.
