You can peen the old sleeve, or make another one - I've done both, the
latter out of thin wall mild steel tubing - exhaust pipe will serve if you
can't
find an original crush sleeve or something out of another car that works.
Had to do that when setting up a 5.125 for the TVR for hillclimbing once.....
