Amnesia, dementia and failed hard disk

Guys,

With all that is mentioned in the subject line I am hoping that one of you
other old things can jog my memory.

Someone wrote of a service where you send a company the drawings and they make
up the part.  Anyone remember - and/or have the details they can send me?

I don't want to describe it in any more detail than that because part of it may
be my imagination.  With such a vague description searching the archives was
driving me crazy!
