OK, so the large brown wire goes to the post, as I suggested. But
that's only half the story. What color is the wire that goes to the
starter solenoid?
That twigged my OF memory. I had a '70 B that had that ring with
the spade connector on the post. I had an intermittent electrical
problem that traced to that connection getting loose or dirty. I got
rid of the spade and connected the wire to the post the way the other
browns were hooked up. The moral of the story is that you want to keep
an eye on that connection.
