Re-dyeing it should not be expensive. Try any auto upholstry shop.

I had a shop that does tent repair make me a custom tonneau for my MGA. The
cost was actually slightly less than Moss's price for a standard tonneau. (I
wanted the tonneau to be in two pieces - a full length zipper so the
driver's side could be completely removed.) I dropped off my old (but
serviceable) tonneau to be used as a pattern. Had the new one in a few days.
