Small block Ford V-8's (351W or 302) used a short bypass hose that is a
couple of inches long on either side of a 90 degree bend, 5/8" on one end
and 3/4" on the other. Any parts store should have one, but they also used
one 5/8" on both ends, so you'll have to make sure you get the right one. If
that is too short, they should still have a hose that would work even if you
have to trim it.
